SKANER - bezpłatny 12-stronicowy lokalny miesięcznik dla Polonii, ukazujący się w London (Ontario, Kanada) od 1995 roku. Tematyka to szeroko pojęta kultura: głównie historia (mieszka tu wielu kombatantow - uczestników bitwy o Monte Cassino), zagadnienia poprawności językowej, nauka języka polskiego na emigracji, nowosci wydawnicze, sprawy polonijne, wiersze bardziej i mniej znanych twórców itp.

Free Monthly Newsletter in Polish Language
Mission statement:
To show that living in a new country does not mean losing own heritage but rather means being enriched by a new one.
SKANER was established in 1995 as a free monthly newsletter for Polish speaking youths. It has soon grown to a newsletter for all age readers.
Issues are circulated in London and Windsor areas (pharmacies, physicians and dentists' offices, travel agencies, markets and delis where Polish speaking people attend).
Content:
• predominantly articles regarding Canadians of Polish origin and Poles around the world;
• language, literature, history, technology;
• organizations, associations, clubs, societies of Polish-Canadians interests...
Published in Polish language (some advertisers choose English).
